In the Canopy (initially titled, Clear Dawn), subtitled Meditations from Paparoa and Kapiti Island, was commissioned by Radio New Zealand/Te Reo Irirangi o Aotearoa for the programme Revolutions per Minute (produced by Matthew Leonard), with support from Canada Council for the Arts(CCA).
