Dans l’air du soir [In the Air of the Night] was realized in 2019 at the composer’s studio and was premiered on April 11, 2019 at the Conservatoire de musique de Montréal’s Studio multimédia during the concert Résidence croisée. Thanks to François Couture (piano performance of excerpts from pieces by Debussy) and to the Canada Council for the Arts (CCA) for its support. Dans l’air du soir was awarded an Honorable Mention at the 2019 international electroacoustic music competition Musica Nova (Prague, Czech Republic) and the 2nd prize at the 12th Prix collégien de musique contemporaine (2019-22) awarded by the Canadian Music Centre — Québec Region in collaboration with Cégep Marie-Victorin (Montréal, Québec).
