This tableau from Night of Enchantments is based upon a stylized Othello in despair as he wanders at a deserted beach under the moon. He hears the voice of a strong and independent Desdemona contemplating about their lost love. The text comes of course from Shakespeare but Desdemona also reads texts by one of my favourites writers the Portugese Fernando Pessoa. The voices belong to Tomas Pontén, Ewa Frøling, Carlo Felicetti and Alan Pryke.
