As I struggle to write a program note for Tammy Powder, it suffices to mention that it uses an expanded micro-tuning system and an alternate method to express time. Saying anything more would be useless, and might be detrimental. The more I think about it, I don’t know where Tammy Powder came from, what it is, or where it will lead.
